3 Tree Home inspection

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: first of all, none of his response is accurateOn his website he says he will refund the cost of the inspection if the customer is unhappy which he retracted eloquently stating "that ain't happening" second of all the only thing he mentioned about the wood stove was the gasket inside the door was a little thin He did not call out that the number of inches that fireproof pad was inadequate or that the exterior chimney pipe was flush to wood which evidently was a huge red flag that any competent inspector should have caughtOr that the chimney pipe was installed upside down!!! These are not EPA codes that Chris says change annuallyThese are things that he should have called out but was negligent in doing soHis generic clause we discussed encouraging a specialist consultation after every single section is unrealistic since that is precisely why I hired a home inspector and not a plumber, an electrician, and a chimney specialistI believe Chris was negligent in this inspection specifically in the case of the wood stove and he even admitted that it was an "*** thing to do" before politely encouraging me to have a great rest of my dayI would like for the public to be aware of his negligence and consider hiring a more competent inspector who will call out ALL major defects and who doesn't have to hide behind "***" clauses protecting themselves from their gross inadequaciesI still would like Chris to take responsibility for his mistake by paying for the upgrades necessary to insure my new home! The home I may not have purchased or perhaps would have negotiated differently had I known I was going to put out nearly $4k to resolve said issue. Sincerely,*** ***

says that in the letter to you guys ( the complaint) When I talked to her again she wanted a refund because that's what my website says I told her that it ain't happening due to it being on the report Also, I noted that the price she told you guys is wrong she paid not 450, and she has put down a upgraded stove cost
