Watch out and run away from them!
The match making services collected $6000 from me to provide an one year match making service. They failed to provide a single date within that 12 month contract term and refused to give me my money back.
We were sorry to hear that our client was not satisfied with our service. We received this client's request for refund by email on 11/30/2018 at 3:58 pm on a Friday. Our team began working on the refund process by first reviewing the client's case. It usually takes 2-3 business days for us to make decisions on any refund request. After we received the client's email, we called her to notify her about this process.
On the morning of 12/3/2018, a Monday, we made the decision to go ahead with a full refund. Not because we didn't fulfill the service as stated in the review, but because we aren't satisfied until our client's are satisfied.
The client paid for for the service on February 2, 2018. Due to a misunderstanding, she disputed the charge with her credit card company. She then requested to restart the service when she was ready within 3 months. She returned to the service and again made payment on April 7, 2018. This time we waived the credit card transaction fee because we valued her trust in our service.
During the service period, we recommended 4 candidates (not including the ones that passed *** her). She met with one of the candidates, but she chose to have the date count towards one of the free quotas we offered for her. In the agreed upon contract, it was stated that if a client refuses to meet 3 candidates without justification, this action would count as a valid date. However, we still did our best to keep searching for her without counting those towards her quota.
Again, we are sorry to hear about the client's dissatisfaction. We refunded her the full amount on 12/5/2018 at 5:40pm. We sincerely wish her a lifetime happiness.
2 red beans service was to set no less than 6 matches within 12 month period. The contract was started 2017 oct, and I paid the service for full on 02/01/2018. During 10/01/2017 to 04/01/2018, more than a half year time, this company provided 0 service and did not respond to a single call or email from me, The matchmaker basically took my money and run,
If I remembered correctly, right after I disputed the transaction with CC company, the matchmaker acted soon and introduced the only guy, who was not really a good match, in July 2018. After meeting this guy, I told the CC to cancel the dispute and "paid full again" 2 red beans.
After I cancel the dispute, Agiain and again, the match maker refused to pick up my phone calls, provided no response to my emails and introduced 0 matches, not even a single profile picture to me since 07/2018 to 11/2018. After at least 10 calls no response, I reached out to CC and dispute again this transaction due to 0 service provided. CC said their contract had not an ending date so CC can not refund the money. Their contract is against law regulations. 2 red beans at fist refused to refund, and I was about to hire an attorney to fight for me. It's $6000 for barely 1 match in 18 months of time, You do the math. Can any one think this is valid service?
Right after I threat to take them to court, the company refunded me fully after 3 months of arguing back and forth.
I don't know how dare this company responded my complaint like this. Every one seeing this message shall run away from this company. they are scammers.
