Today is March 1, 2016 and I have not received my $100.00 refund as promised by the business owner, LD B[redacted]. I sent two emails to him regarding the refund on February 26, 2016 and again on February 29, 2016 both with no response. I'd like to reopen the case and demand my full $300.00 as he defaulted on his agreement with me.
