Brian and his team of workers have been unprofessional and unqualified when working on my new construction home. They have made errors which could have resulted in my death including: --Leaving windows and doors unlocked while working on my home and leaving the property. --Improperly installing gas lines into the furnace and hot water heater, resulting in gas leaks in the home while I was living there.

Additionally Brian promised through correspondence or the builder's warranty that the below issues would be resolved but until now, no action has been taken.
--You would provide shelves for my kitchen cabinets so they are usable.
--The master bedroom door is still rubbing against the vent, not allowing me to open my bedroom door fully.
--Basement Bathroom vanity would be securely attached to wall on left side.
--The kitchen cabinet and counter are not flush with wall and leaving a large gap beside fridge. (You instructed me to said pictures which I have done. I have checked my neighbors homes and they have correctly installed counters)
--The rear basement door barn door is missing retaining nut. I do not have extra of these to use.
--The second floor bathroom Vanity is damaged with Silicone sealant adhered to it.
--The second floor bathroom Vanity is damaged with hundreds of scratches across the glass surface from your builder team.
--Both 2nd and 3rd floor bedroom windows do not have screens provided. These will need to be ordered.
--The first floor living room window screen is covered with dirt and paint and will need to be replaced.
--The exterior windows would be cleaned of paint, silicone and construction debris.
--The roof has not been installed and built correctly including incorrect use of manufacturer's roofing sealant and coverings. This is a liability for the entire structure and will need to be redone under warranty work.
