Review: I left 2 coats at the facility to be cleaned. When I picked them up and opened the bag to take one of them out of town for the holidays, I noticed the zipper pull was crushed, the coat was zipped with no way of unzipping it. The [redacted] refused to acknowledge that this damaged occurred as a result of their cleaning. She also refuses to replace, repair or even refund the $12.00 charged for cleaning.Desired Settlement: I would prefer the zipper to be replaced by this facility, who does alterations.

At the very least, the owner should have offered to refund the $12.00 charged for ruining my coat.

I have used this cleaners many times without incident, which is another reason I can't understand why she is refusing to help resolved this issue. The [redacted]
