24H Cheap Locksmith

I believe this business is not licensed as a locksmith. I used this service to gain entry into my place on January 25, 2020 and asked for the license number, which was given as ***. This license number does not match the address nor the name of the company. It also does not match the name of the tech sent to my place. The tech drilled holes in my lock and damaged my door and then said the damage was preexisting. He charged me twice the amount of a reputable locksmith taking advantage of the fact it was midnight. The locksmith I hired the next day was appalled at the conduct and said it made no sense to drill holes in the lock unless the lock is high security. I am filing this complaint to protect others from encountering the unethical practices of this company. They are clearly running an unlicensed and unethical business.
