Early January 2020 he came, agreed to the job and collected 50% down payment up front. He never delivered. In my case we are talking about two hundred dollars and he promised at least 20 times he will start tomorrow. At the beginning I had full understanding, but he had everytime new excuses and since 1/21/20 he doesn't respond at all.

He will not refund me my down payment.
