We have lived in a 247 Property Management property just shy of two months. The apartments were newly remodeled and advertised as having premium amenities. When we moved in, the apartment was not clean (charged a cleaning fee) and many things had not been completed. Our biggest issue is that we have not had a working gate to our backyard, another amenity that we are being charged an extra $100/mo. The gate is not secure and allows free access to our yard and back door directly off the alley. After bringing the issue to their attention in early December, I had not hear back. On December 16th I spoke with the 'property manager' Sommer H about the issues to which she placed blame on the contractors and deferred responsibility elsewhere. I concluded the call by asking her to keep me updated on the process. Among our gate, the gate that provides access from the alley parking into the complex does not function properly. It has a key coded entry which isn't functional because the gate does not close flush, therefore the lock cannot engage. This is another amenity to which they advertised, have not maintained AND most likely is factored into the cost ($1600 a month for 800sq ft). Also - we left for a few days around the New Year and came home to spilled paint in our backyard, meaning prop. mgmt. staff entered our property without notice or permission. I made a phone call on January 2nd regarding maintenance and it was not returned. I have sent multiple texts with questions about maintenance which have been avoided or ignored. Due to the lack of management from Sommer and her team, I requested the contact information of the owner, *** to which she said was public record. Their contact information is not of public record, when you search the LLC nothing shows up. The *** didn't even have contact information. She continues to withhold this information from me. Her team is finally installing our backyard gate on Tuesday, Jan. 21st which took over 2 months
