After many years of wanting to rekey my house I finally decided to use a professional locksmith.
While calling multiple companies, in attempt to get a price quote, I quickly discovered that many companies only offer a quote after coming to the site. This made me uncomfortable, feeling pressure to have to negotiate only after they arrived to my home.
24/7 Locksmith Solutions was the only business that offered an upfront price and explained the whole process prior to arrival.
Upon arrival, *** was very polite and respectful.
The job was carried out in professional matter, everything was kept clean and orderly and the price was true to the original quote given, which was a relief!
I had thought that I had to rekey 14 locks, but *** explained to me that two of the locks did not have key holes, which was very helpful.
The locks functioned much better after the work was complete. This was a great overal experience, and I strongly recommend *** to any one in need of some lock work done around their home.
