Selling memberships after the owner knew the gym would not continue offering services at the same location, and failing to inform customers the gym was closing or relocating***Card being charged for services not received.*** A contract was signed for 2 years paid in full. Then beginning in June 2019 my card was charged monthly which I did not authorize. In October 2019, I signed a new contract with Champion Fitness for $79 per month for a gym that was new equipment and new owners. This location is now closed and has moved locations without informing members. The new location has all old broken equipment and disgusting facilities plus there are different locations for bootcamp classes. Gyms are changing names and locations frequently - no information given to members
