Greetings, In response to the complaint from Mrs. [redacted] reference / ID [redacted]: · We are a licensed debt collector working on behalf of our customer to gather information and payment / resolution on an account in Mrs. [redacted]’s...
name. · Our file has seven (7) phone numbers affiliated with it in which we called each number a total of one (1) time on two separate occasions (05/13/2015 & 06/10/2015), not making verbal contact with Mrs. [redacted] on any attempt. · Mrs. [redacted] returned a call referencing a message we had left on one of those outbound call occasions, upon proper verification by our agent that it was the Right Party for said account, the agent informed of the nature of the call to where Mrs. [redacted] surrendered some information about the standing of the account but then quickly elected not to divulge further information to aid in resolution. · Department manager reviewed the call recording to verify all FDCPA guidelines were followed and confirmed. · The account has been put on HOLD until further notice.
