Waste of my time
I called 24/7 on a Friday night. Explained my specific problem. Spoke to two different agents. I was called later on Friday to say that the cost would be $350 to $400. The would arrive between 10 and 12 on Sunday. 9:30 AM the technician calls tells what he is going to do. I realize his information is totally incorrect. I was called at 10 AM and told they could not handle my situation.
I wait two days to be told they couldn't do it when if they had listen they would have realized it to begin with. Bad people, Bad communication, Bad outcome. I am livid.

DO NOT USE!
NO STARS! Jacksonville FL beware! Called to "schedule" someone to come cut two new key fobs (which I already had and were programmed to truck). The woman answering rushed through my information and when I asked the charge for it, she said a tech would call me. When the tech called saying he was on the way, I said NO... I scheduled for tomorrow. I explained the services needed and asked the cost... he quoted $17 per key. When he came today, cut the keys... he then presented me with a bill for $380... uuuuum WHAT? I said I'm not paying that, I could've went to Ace Hardware and bought two new fobs, had them cut for less than $200. These people purposely used the language barrier (eye roll) to jap me. JERKS! Take it for what it's worth...AVOID THESE PEOPLE!

Worst locksmith experience ever
I lost the keys to my condo storage unit and called this company to remove and replace the lock..
The technician was pleasant and completed the task in approximately 35 minutes. I was blown away when he presented me the bill. $549! I have had the exact same work done in the past on several occasions and the cost ranged from $120 to $180.
I now have a mission in life to expose this company for the ripoff artists they are.
Fortunately I have several family members who are heavily involved, professionally, in social media to help me with this task.

I called 24/7 locksmith when I was locked out of my house on 4/14/18 in Cromwell, CT. They told me it would take about, "20 minutes", for the locksmith to arrive and that he would call en route. After waiting for 45 minutes with no word I called back and then got a call back from the locksmith who was supposed to come unlock my door. He finally arrived one hour and fifteen minutes from the time I first called. Then didn't think he was going to be able to open the lock and talked about my having to get the door removed. After about thirty more minutes he finally managed to get the door open. The charge was $244.00! He also presented as being gruff and surly. Hopefully I won't have to call a locksmith again but if I do it certainly won't be 24/7.

My mom locked her keys in the trunk. these guys quoted my mom (who had just arrived from out of town for a funeral) 119.00 on the phone and as they arrived. And when he opened the door in 5 minutes and that was it, cause my brother crawled through the back seat and trunk to get keys, then he charged my mom 250.00. This guy took advantage of a senior citizen and I am pissed. We are disputing the charge but will gladly pay the 119.00. $250.00 is absurd. And that's not even what their add says. LIARS, CROOKS, THIEVES
DONT USE THEM!

Review: I called the toll free number on 2/15/2015 and asked for an estimate on having a locksmith come to our location. I gave my business name and address and the nature of our lock problem and asked for an estimate. I was told be the locksmith dispatch service that it would be $19.00 for a service call plus parts and labor. (Since we were having a lock drilled there would only be labor, no parts) The locksmith arrived and opened the locked door and charged me $129.00 service charge and $75 labor. I called the dispatch service who said a supervisor would call me right back. The locksmith did not want to wait and after 20 minutes I called the number back and asked to speak to a supervisor who said she would speak to the technician about adjusting his service fee. She never called back so I emailed the dispatch company and call them again. This time a male supervisor told me that the $19 was "just an estimate" not a "quote" and the locksmith could charge whatever he wanted. I told the supervisor to listen to the phone call if he had that capacity because I specifically asked twice what the charge would be and was told $19 plus parts and labor. I was never told that the service charge could be whatever the technician felt like charging and would never have agreed to have the dispatch service send him out if that was the case.

2/19/14 the locksmith called me and said that they dispatch service called him regarding the charges. Again, I do not have a problem with the locksmith or work performed . Its the dispatch service that made the error. According to the locksmith, the dispatch service has software to indicate if the caller is within the minimum $19 service call area. If the callers zipcode is outside the "zone" the $19 charge does not apply and could be higher. I gave them the service call address and asked for an estimate and was told it would be $19. The locksmith pays the 24/7 locksmith dispatch service to take calls and to dispatch them. Since it was the dispatch service that was the intermediary contractor I feel that it is their responsibility to refund the difference.Desired Settlement: I would like the dispatch service to refund the difference between what they affirmed the service charge would be of $19 and what the technician charged of $129. The are

Review: As several attempts to make an electronic key. My electrical system inside the car was damaged. The tech left my car damaged. I had to have it towed to the dealership. There was nothing wrong with my car prior to the tech trying to make a new key. Which in the end he failed to due. My car has been at Toyota for 3 days. They have done diagnostic testing and said the damage is from the tech who worked on my car. That he fried the electronic system. They do not even know how to repair the damage he did. I have tried calling the company. I keep getting blown off and will not allow me to speak to management. This company is a fraud. They have no real address, no management in place, no customer service. It is a shady as shady gets.Desired Settlement: I want the expenses from my time missing work, the repairs to the car, and the towing covered, and any other fees related. This company should not be in business.

Review: I lost both car keys to my car and called this service. The key works for only my ignition. The ignition and the door should be the same. The key does not open the door. My doors to my car were unlocked at the time of service. I was charged $299.00 and did not get a fob key to automatically unlock the doors. Now I cannot get in my car to drive it. I called the company and the woman that I could barely understand told me that "it's not her problem."Desired Settlement: I wish to have a key that does what it is supposed to do. Open the door AND start the car, or be given an electronic key fob to unlock the doors.

Hello all, just like the other reviews DO NOT USE this company. I needed a car key remade. I called them on 3-12-2015. The locksmith came out gave me a key. I never tried the key (my fault) I, trusted that he did what I was paying $150 for him to do. I couldnt really try the key because I had just had surgery and was not supposed to be outside. So on 3-17-2015 I tried my key and it isnt working. I am furious because I know this is the only thing that could be wrong. I called the company and they stated they would have the technician call me well of course he didnt. Now 2 days later 3-19-2015, after I had my car towed for $50 to the mechanic he confirms yes it is the faulty key that I was given. I called the company again and they said they would speak with the technician and they would call me back. After getting the phone call back they tell me there is no warranty on the key. Im furious because this is how this company works and they make faulty keys and just take your money not fair to people. This company is a rip-off and only wants your money.

Review: Fraudulent Locksmith rekeyed our locks; this company dispatched the online/call request to this fraudulent locksmith who rekeyed 5 locks at our residence. They are not operable and after 8 attempts to have this company a) send a new locksmith or b) send someone to honor their "Guarantee for 90 days...." pre the Locksmith Services Work Order Invoice dated March 28, 2015, we are reporting this. A) Is this a legitimate business; B) Is [redacted] the Locksmith dispatched to us, driving a CA License Plated Car [redacted], legitimate? We spent $222 and have 5 rekeyed residential locks not at risk and not working. We have contacted this company and they indicate they did not receive the request for service although I have their website, their phone number, etc. logged on our phone and our computer!Desired Settlement: Refund of $222; Investigation of this company and this locksmith with charges, negative Revdex.com report and prevention from further abuse to residences. I will be reporting this to the Authorities in CA, as well.
