Our experience has to be shared because it was so Bad that it needs to be conveyed to anyone thinking of calling them. Each time they were called out they did not understand what was asked of them to do and because of this the money continued to increase for services not asked for. Instead of simply making new keys for doors, they removed everything and started from scratch which was extremely costly. The person, even though he spoke English, somehow got whatever was asked of him wrong. He left without giving the proper new keys for the doors which he replaced everything for. He had to be called back again for this. He apparently did not complete what was asked for and wanted to charge more money which already was almost $800. Upon his leaving saying that he completed things, he again left without giving us the key to the door. We called the company to give a complaint but of course no one called us back to correct the problem. He was deceitful and thought he could continue to use us to charge more money for his work. No one should use this company. BEware!!!
