Review: I sent an email on Sept 2, 2015 stating that I would like to cancel the web hosting service and they have refused to act on it. Based on the experience with the company, I prefer all communication to be in writing or by email and the company said I need to talk on the phone by their own rules.Desired Settlement: cancel the service
