Initial Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2015/08/12) */
Hello my name is *** *** and I am the community manager at Fitzsimons I recieved ***'s voicemail on 7/26/and I spoke to *** in length that dayI did my best to assist and attempt to locate any information about ***'s lease
Ultimately I had to inform her that we did not have any records of her as a resident since she moved out more than one year before *** purchased FitzsimonsI ended up giving her contact information for ***'s Corporation in denver who was the previous owner and original builder of the communityI havent heard from *** since and assumed she was able to recieve the items she was looking forI have to this date only recieved one email from Aimco shared service center asking for assistance with this matter, one voicemail from *** requesting this information, and spoke to *** on one phone call the same day I recieved her voicemailAdditionally I have not recieved any other request from her nor her apartment community or company Fortunado propertiesI do not believe the responsability falls on *** or Fitzsimons and the only entity or persons that have or should have such documents are ***'s Corporation and the tenantAlso in accordance with tenant/landlord agreements considering that *** has never been landlord to ***'s lease we would not have access to any non public records that previous ownership was not willing or able to provide
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 11, 2015/08/15) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I never spoke with this person on the phoneI believe Fitzsimons should contact ***'s Corporation to find the information, as they would not help meThis is the responsibility of the apartment to find these records, not the former tenant, as I am doing everything I can and putting more effort into this process than anyone
