Review: I moved out of my apartment at 2001 east broad apartments because I did not like the treatment Lisa K[redacted] gave us. Being that I work in the business I made sure to clean everything and make it move in ready for the next person. I did a walk through with the maintenance guy, Lee. He said I was leaving it in great condition and saw nothing I would be charged for. I requested a copy of my final water bill from Lisa (the property manager). On this bill she claimed I didn't return it to original condition and that there was "dog smell" in the bedroom. I cleaned regularly and there definitely wasn't dog smell anywhere. I also had my dog (who if you ask anyone doesn't smell like a dog because he gets bathed every 3 days) go stay with a family member 3 weeks prior to the end of the lease so that I wouldn't have to worry about him during the moving process. The carpets in both bedroom got cleaned (even cleaning some weird black grease stain that lee's supervisor tracked in the master bedroom). The baseboards were washed, the shower heads, stove was cleaned, counters, cabinets, above the fridge, above the cabinets, the laundry room, etc. I even did touch up paint despite being told I didn't have to because I'd been in the unit over 2 years and they repaint anyways. But since I had the paint from them I did it anyways. Lisa has made it very obvious she doesn't care for me, even in accusatory emails. And she seems to have trumped up these charges. She can't provide any photos of such "extreme mess" or anything.Desired Settlement: I want the charges removed for these false allegations of dog smell and not cleaning. They charged an extra month of utilities as well but I really don't care about that it's so minor. I want those $400 charges in carpet and cleaning removed.
