Complaint from [redacted]This lady is not telling you the truth.1.  She did not pay $7000     The asking price was $5995     She wanted it cheaper and agree to pay $4000 plus tax and license.     She was told---retold---explained the AS IS...

language !!!     She had test driven the car2.  She did not contact us for 1 month after buying the car.3.  She gave us an address that was not hers4.  The car is a 2003---13 years old--SOLD AS IS---NO WARRANTY5.  She waited a month to call us and was calling from Seattle.6.  The language and threats she used would have caused most people to hang up.7.  We did offer to sell her parts at cost and all she did was call us unprintable names.8.  I have been in business for over 40 years---done over 40 Million in sales and never     had anything like this.  We recently sold a grandson of a customer from 30 years ago     drive 60 miles to buy from us because of our reputation and past experience with us.I feel we owe her nothing and she owes us an apology for her language and tryingto make us look like crooks.  I look forward to your response to us as soon as possible as I am going in for openheart surgery on the 10th and will be out of office for a month.Thank you for making sure customers are being treated fairly, but you are not getting a real true story here.We do not feel we owe her anything as we did nothing wrong.Frank K[redacted]PresidentNotshe, Inc.2 Way Auto Sales

This car lot is a scam I purchased a truck from Ricky. I explained to him I needed a reliable truck due to having two young kids. He sold me a truck that had frame damage reported on the action paperwork at the time he purchased it. I asked him about it and he denied it. The truck is worth nothing and I'm stuck paying 3 times its worth. He is not honest and consistently rips people off. Also he told me the truck had a 5.3 motor when really it was a 4.8 he knows nothing about vehicles! I'm surprised he's still in business.
