I was provided a list of items *** was going to perform. After the 1st day of service the list still had 20 outstanding items.
I was provided a list of items *** was going to provide. When she came to preform the cleaning she claims she was done. When I contacted her she agreed to come out and complete the list of 20 items they had missed. After the next day the items were still not completed.
The property was empty so they did not need to clean around anything. I had to take 2 days off work and my weekend to finish cleaning what *** was hired so the painters could get into the property.
I would like a refund of my money that was paid to her. I did stop the check and she threatened to put a lien on my property. She was aware that the reason for the cleaning service was to get the property to be sold. She took complete advantage of the situation.
