He is correct we did sell him a vehicle which was broken down in our backlotIt was a vehicle which was inherited through a customer repair which was not paid for, we knew little to nothing about the vehicle which was made aware to mr [redacted] before he purchased the vehicleHe looked it over had one of my techs start it, he inspected the vehicle himself he has been in the industry for many years he is not new to this anyhow he purchased the car and went on his way we did do trade for a vehicle engine repair which mr [redacted] didI told Mr [redacted] that we would have resolution once I had resolution with my customer he declined he wanted resolution "now" that is not how I do business I take care of my customers first and then deal b2b after thatMy customer complaints are still pending based on the work mr [redacted] didI am asking for mr [redacted] to refund me money for tearing down his work which he was trying to tell me it was something other than what my lead tech foundWe fixed of the issues on the engine he rebuilt for us, but the customer has been staying since day one that it is burning oilWe verified its clearly leaking oil from the oil pan, but the customer states it is burning oil internallyMr [redacted] has not listened nor tried to take care of us on that endSo yes we need to resolve this b2b but he needs to accountable for the work he has done on our customer vehicles too since we subletted the work to him IN short, we have a vehicle pending engine issues after work was performed and paid to mr ***mr [redacted] purchased the vehicle from our back lot knowing it was a customer vehicle and we knew little to nothing about itit was by no means a car ready for sale and he knew thisSo I would expect mr [redacted] to refund us for the work we had to perform to fix of his issues and we may have to do a tear down again to fix a valve or ring that the customer says is burning oilI never said I wasn't willing to work with him, but he does not come before my customers or myself, he cannot ask to be paid first then he will consider working with me, that's now how it workswe need a mutual agreement that he will fix the issues with our engine and I already said I would work with him on the repairs on the Volvo, but if he is not willing to compromise then we are done

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] ***Again was told the work was done was a new engine, timing belt, water pump, seals, etcwas told transmission went out after they performed the work, opened hood found no new engine , questioned him and was told it was a new used engineAfter him telling me the other work was done it was purchased, he delivered it to me and it was put in shop for transmission repair, at removal found that no work was ever done to vehicle, notified him and he said whatever it takes to make it rite!! I just find it very convenient that he says he has a problem with something else at this timeBeing lied to and then to believe a person ?? and also we stand behind any work at this shop, we did Not authorize any work or any repairs period all warranty is done in house and all warranty is covered thru manufacture warranty periodThere is a proper way to request warranty not say you did this or that and now we are even on my lie to you!! play me as a it once but not twice
