one of the owners of this boutique promised she would offer me a refund for the items that she was selling. There was some damage on one of the figurines she was selling but, she stated it was not that bad. On the other figurine she did not disclose the damage that was done to the wings. She offered a full refund if I sent the figurines back it has been over a week & she has not refunded my money. She has since then blocked me from contacting her. I have even tried calling and email with no response. It looks like they were going out of business because now their store is permanently closed. Its very disappointing in the way they handled the situation.
