arrangement. 1stdibs was contacted and in turn confirmed with the shippers and the dealer exactly what was sent to identify where the issue developed.  It was determined that the piece was sold without the bottom springs and that the dealer had provided a fabric covered wood seat support instead. As the dealer did not disclose the straps were missing the customer, covered by our Buyer Protection policy, was provided the option to return the item for a full refund and/or have straps sent to her if available.  The buyer opted to have replacement parts sent, and we hope that will successfully resolved her concerns.  If not she can certainly contact our support team at [redacted]
