1st Western Credit

I hired *** & Accounts Receivables which is a division of First Western to collect bad debt for my company named ***. I sent $15,095.36 to collect on.

The statement shows the name First Western Credit LLC with the address as ***. The man I contacted claims to be Frank B. The collection company was hired in May of 2019. They have collected on many accounts, our customers have also verified that, as well as the statement verifying that the accounts have been collected on. The agreement was for First Western Credit LLC to keep 35% of the collection proceeds. According to the only statement I have received since hiring them nearly 9 months ago, they owe me a check of $851.50.

This appears to be a scam because Frank originally advertised to be a California based business in Irvine on ***. Frank's phone number has a phone number from the Inland Empire Area with ***. The website is ***.com

Frank is rude and insulting on the phone and in emails, and he says he will mail the check, and nothing arrives. I would strongly suggest investigating this situation and recommend the action I should take.

I have filed complaints with CFPB and the FTC.
