Milex removed and replaced a chimney at my home. The mortar in several parts of the chimney has started to deteriorate. The chimney will need to be repaired and it is still under warranty. I have emailed Milex and left voicemails on *** phone number (provided when the job was being performed) and also at the business' phone number. I've text both numbers as well and sent pictures of the chimney by email and text message. I've asked for a return call in every instance and I've received no communication from them so far. My first attempt at communication began in March. It is now late July.
