I have requested to be removed from all advertisements numerous times, both locally and at the marketing dept.
Keep getting the same answers that it.
Keep getting the same answers that they're taking care of it.
This is harrassment of a senior citizen.
I go to an attorney soon.
Would like verification that this has been taken care of by email.
We are in receipt of the referenced Revdex.com consumer complaint. First Heritage Credit takes consumer complaints seriously, but it is our policy to work with our customers and try to resolve any issues on an internal basis. As such, we will be reaching out directly to the consumer to (a) confirm he/she has an account with us, and (b) work through any problems and/or issues the individual may be experiencing. Thank you for the email and for bringing this matter to our attention.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Because they are not telling you or me the truth.
I have contacted them numerous times over the last 6 months and they have not removed me from their mailing list.
Now every time I call the office Ms. is out of the office or at lunch.
I tried calling the corporate office and talked to *** who said that he would pass the info to *** who takes care of advertising. When I talked to *** she said that *** was in a meeting and would have to talk to him. I called X-XXX-XXX-XXXX. CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!
I demand proof in writing that I will not be bothered again. I have saved the letters and will speak to my attorney soon if this is not resolved immediately.
I purchased $1190.83 worth of goods from *** with twelve months same as cash on Jan 13, 2020.
I received a phone call from a *** thanking me for my business and telling me my payment was due on Feb 13. I asked if he was the owner of the business he replied "Yes". I asked if I would get a payment book he replied I would be getting "welcome package" in the mail which I never received.
Yesterday I received a call saying the payment was due plus a late fee. I explained I never got a payment amount or address where to mail or bring a payment and I was NOT going to pay a lae fee. I was transferred to the branch mgr, ***, who said their system went down in Nov 2019 and they were not mailing statements. She said she would waive the late fee.
I feel this is a scam to collect late fees. They have had plenty of time to fix or repair their system.
I went in today and paid my balance in full and asked for a receipt showing zero balance. I expected a copy of my contract marked "paid in full". I got a "cash register" receipt marked 0.
This is a most unprofessional way to do business.
Thank you
