Complaint: [redacted] As I stated I am rejecting this response because: the inquirer's authorization form was too complicated and not easily understood by the layman In other words, I did not understand what the appliucation meantI will most definatly contact the State Banking Commission and complain about a deceptive and unclear authorization form if this company does not remove this inquiry from my credit report Regards, [redacted] ***

I'm confused by Ms***'s complaint since she applied for a loanon line, with our Hazlehurst branch location on 12/2/The following language appears on our online application; "To apply for a loan on-line is easy and you'll get our answer FASTPlease note that your application will not be completed online, and one of our branches will contact you to obtain any further information needed or to provide you with our final lending decisionWhen you click on submit to forward your credit information to us, you agree to allow us to fully investigate your credit and employment historyIf you do not agree to this, please do not submit your credit application."Ms [redacted] agreed to the terms by submitting her application

I have researched Mr***'s complaintOur account balance of $1,050 was charged to bad debt on 11/30/and transferred to our Collection Center. On 5/9/13, we aggreed to settle the balance for $Mr*** paid the $on 5/20/It appears we did not notify the CB that the
account was settledWe apologize for this errorWe have made the correction today by reporting to the CB that the account was settled for less than the full amount and made the necessary adjustments to the account

I have searched our data base under [redacted] and [redacted] and cannot locate this cusomter. I left several messages for the customer but have not received a response. Until I get more information, I cannot resolve this complaint. Please advise the customer to contact...

Please go to 1stHeritagecredit.com to see our online application. You'll find a section titled Credit Report. There is a box that must be checked yes to continue with the application (it is a mandatory completion). The section reads; " applicant (and co-applicant if one) has (have) agreed and hereby give permission for First Heritage to access a credit report." Ms. [redacted] checked yes, giving us permission to pull her credit.
