There were installation issues with the roof, which have been fixedThe gutters took longer than due to struggles my gutter sub was having in his personal lifeI mistakenly shared those with [redacted] The gutters have now been completedThe original salesman who contracted the job with [redacted] is no longer working with our company due to struggles of his ownI am delivering a check to [redacted] tonight for $6,to cover the cost of replacing his entire wood floor in the back roomOriginally, I was told that the wood floor damage was in the insurance claim, which is why I asked [redacted] about thatNeither I, nor anyone else at 1st Choice, suggested we make a new claim on his insurance to cover the cost of the floor damageOur company did make other attempts to find wood floor companies to give a competitive estimate, but we were unable to find anyWe will put a final invoice in to the [redacted] 's insurer for the work we completed on their homeWe wish the [redacted] all the best as they are expecting a newborn
