Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. On I sent [redacted] a text message with all the open issues/warranty issues going on with my house One of the items was water leaking into my garage whenever it rained This is the spot where I am having my concrete issues He had sent ***, one of his workers to fix the problem [redacted] admitted to me he didn't know what to do and adjusted the rubber on the bottom of the garage door That did not fix the problem and later in the summer when he was working on something else I mentioned to him the issue with the water leaking into the garage and standing after rain is still not resolved He said to wait until fall until the house settles and they would figure out what to do I have a stream of text messages to [redacted] regarding issues with my house and the warranty work not being done timely and lack of response from both [redacted] and Jeff I spoke with [redacted] on several occasions and he said my house was built too fast and the problems he was having finding good help I should also note that [redacted] told me that he was not on the residential side but on the commercial side He needed to step in and take over the account before I even closed on the house (apparently this has happened before with other customers)He told me that any items that were unresolved during the warranty period would be taken care off due to me being patient and them not being timelyI am not asking for a lifetime warranty on concrete, only what is fair The issue was brought to their attention in June of 2015, it was not really resolved by the builder I am not a contractor Perhaps they should have had a more knowledgeable person deal with the issue when it first presented itself I texted [redacted] asking about the warranty on the concrete and the issue I was having I was asking a question based on the conversations we had had previously He said he'd drive by Based on what I know, I don't believe this happened. As far as the mortar on the brick [redacted] texted me on and said [redacted] didn't see an issue and he tried to contact meI responded, how did he try and contact me as my phone has no missed calls or text messages from himIn the response I texted where the issues were and the fact that metal or whatever backing they use is sticking out of the house. In regards to the issue of their office phones not being answered, I have a record of the attempts to contact their office number on my phone My cell phone, keeps track of all incoming, outgoing, and missed calls So seems like there is miscommunication within their office. In summary, they are aware of the mortar issue and should have sufficient information to fix As far as the concrete, this was brought to their attention well within the warranty period and should be covered.Thank you [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] ***
