We are completely at lost exactly what this customer is disputing or complaining aboutIt states that We are not offering technology & features as advertisedWhat we know from last we spoke to her she only , complained that she wanted an extra keywe told her that because she is buying a used vehicle we provide what is given to us at time of purchasedThat even though we do not pay for extra keys, we would gladly do so for herWe told her to contact Advanced lock and key owner [redacted] at [redacted] That he had orders from us to set a place and time at her convenience to make an extra key forher with no charge to herWe told her that we were willing to pay for it, but as of today she has not call [redacted] - -The offer still stands for her to get an extra key with no cost to herIf the key is not the complaint we need to know more of the specifics of her complainManagement can be reached at [redacted]

I have reviewed the? response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below[We have attached the documents in reference to why we disagree with their response & to further explain the situation.? The business offered to make a "spare" &/or "additional" key but that is not what we requested or what's required to complete/satisfy the purchase of the vehicle.? We requested to receive the "Administrative" key that unlocks the technology & all features the car was sold with as originally designed.? Without that specific key, this vehicle will not go over certain highway speeds, will not assist with seatbelt usage, affect fuel efficiency & will not unlock numerous other features of the vehicle,? creating safety hazards for the vehicle owner? & possibly others.? In the purchase agreement (see attachment)? it specifically states "as equipped", which means/refers to all the technology, etc.? According to the Ford dealer, without that "Administrative" key, those & many other features cannot be accessed/used.? If the business assures that their additional key will correct these issues, we would gladly like? to resolve this matter without further time & expense.? The 2nd document is just a "cut & paste" of the emails to the business as the emails were done on their website in order to communicate directly with themRegards, [redacted]

Dear Revdex.comAs a trusted and responsible car dealership for the city of Garden Grove for the past years, I am sure you realize how important and vital our reputation and good standing is to us.We are writing to you about the complaint given the ID number of [redacted] , First and furthermore the person who has filed this complain as well as posted complain in social media is not the actual buyer or the contract between usBut what can be said about this vehicle is that it was sold on September 25, Everything that was promised by writing on the due bit was promised and performedThe customer's family member came to the dealership upset complaining about scratches on the car months after the saleEven thought this was not promised to the customer our manager decided to send the car to a 3" party legit company for paint and repair. We feel that we have already gone an extra mile for this customer by paying for a repair months after the sale for something that was not even promised.if the customer feels that the work performed is poorly done we ask that they bring back the vehicle at their earliest convenience so we can re-send it to the vendor to fix itFor this work has been fully paid and guaranteed by the vendorBecause we do use outside vendors is extremely important that all completed work is done with satisfactory results. The customer can call us to set an appointment for the vendor to redo the work immediately

Review: I am contacting you in regards to our recent purchase of your 2013 ford fusion, due to your business not providing me with all the technology & features as advertised, the vin# you sold me is equipped with numerous features that we are locked out of. According to your own bill of sale it states "sold as equipped" but that is not true.Desired Settlement: Fix the problems with features & technology the car is equipped with & what we paid for or seeking the difference in the vehicle with the options & features we purchased versus the standard vehicle you have provided us with
