1st Capital Heating & Cooling

A few nights ago we were sitting in our cold house and we reached out for recommendations for someone to work on an old coal cover tee gravity fed furnace. We had been without heat in sub freezing temps and couldn’t get it working.
I searched *** and found 1st Capital Heating and Cooling out of Chillicothe. I called at 9 pm and they answered... no machine they answered and were willing to come right then but we said no come the next morning.
We needed a miracle. We got it.
1st Capital came out bright and early this morning and got it running but the gas control valve was possibly going to need changed as well. They didn’t want to replace a part that was ok so they said call us if it doesn’t stay lit and we will go get one and come back and put on for you.
True to their word we called and they traveled all the way to Columbus and then back to our house and only charged us for the part.
When they were done they also gave us money back for a military discount they had forgotten to apply that we didn’t even know they were going to give us.
They also followed up to check on how everything was working.
I highly recommend them and can’t thank them enough.
