This is Bill With 1st call heating and air. I was the tech at [redacted] house. I was contracted to install an [redacted] 500 bypass humidifier after 430 in the afternoon due to a time restraint on [redacted]. We agreed on $250. It was installed properly as I have done in the past hundreds of...
times. [redacted] paid us through [redacted] and later tried to dispute the payment. He was not refunded his money. He was told we would come back out after the initial job, but had already contacted another contractor to fix the job. He gave us no choice but to fight the dispute. I am sending pics of the [redacted] dispute and their comments. Because I had no way the re view the problem and don't know what failed, I am taking the time to argue that [redacted] bought the humidifier, no warranty on part, He paid us to install the humidifier which our company warranties for 1 year(standard), he did not allow us to fix it, so, the warranty of one year was over the moment he had somebody else fix it(standard in the industry).Please contact me with any future questions on the phone # you have on file.
