1st Call Electric

On Monday,3/9 had electrical service completed which include the installation of two motion lights. The next day called and left a message that the two lights needed the delay time adjusted and that one of the lights also needed the motion sensor redirected since it is not picking up someone walking towards the front entrance. I called again later, the same day this time speaking with someone in the office, and left the same information, was told Joe would contact me. On 3/11 someone from Angie's List called to follow, I also told them and they also called 1st Call on my behave. I received a return call within minutes from 1st Call(still not Joe) and was told again would give the message to Joe. On 3/16 I completed the contact form on the website with the same information.

I was contacted immediately to come out to give an estimate for the electric work...which took an hour to complete for $430 but it disturbs me there is no interest in making sure the customer is pleased. I'm sure it would take less than 20 mins to make these minor adjustments asking.
