1st Alliance Land Transfer

Kathleen M. Solari, President, worked on the sell of my mothers home. When it was time to provide the check -SHE DISAPPEARED WITH THE CHECK!I HAVE TO SELECT A STAR

I sold my house and *** was selected by the buyer as the title company to handle the transaction as is normally done.
We went to the settlement on Feb. 8, 2019.
My mortgage pay-off amount was good until Feb.8. All of the necessary information had been forwarded to the title company in advance of settlement.
As of the filing of this complaint, my mortgage has yet to be satisfied. The multiple attempts I have made to contact *** have gone ignored.
My mortgage company has received nothing in the form of payment to satisfy my outstanding loan and has stated that there is a "per diem" fee each day the mortgage remains open.
