Review: EVERY TIME I DROP OFF A GARMENT AND PARTICULARLY MY NECK TIES, THEY COME BACK FROM THIS CLEANER WITH THE THREAD CUT ON THE INSIDE OF THE NECK TIE SO THAT THEY COME APART, SO THE LAST TIME I CHECKED ABOUT A DOZEN OF MY TIES BEFORE DROPING THEM OFF AND 5 OF THEM AFTER CHECKING THEM WHEN I GOT THEM BACK HAD THE THREAD CLIPED ON THE INSIDE SO THAT THEY FALL APART AFTER A COUPLE OF USES, 2 OF THEM I HAVE NOT EVEN USED YET AND THEY ARE CLIPED, THIS REALY TICKES ME OF AS THEY HAVE CHARGED ME 5.99 TO FIX THEM, NOW THAT I HAVE CONFIRMED WHAT THEY ARE DOING, I WOULD LIKE TO TURN THEM IN.Desired Settlement: I WANT YOU TO INVESTIGATE AND CATCH THEM, I ALSO HAD A RAZOR CUT IN MY SUIT COLAR AND PAID THEM TO FIX THIS AS WELL BEFORE I COUGHT ON, AFTER YOU CATCH THEM, I WANT THEM TO REPALCE MY TIES AND MY SUIT THEY REPAIRED.
I have been taking my clothes here for several years. The service has been excellent, and the manager is extremely professional and custome oriented. Over the years, I have had four or five instances where there was a problem with a garment that I got back after cleaning. In one instance, there was a shirt that came back from the cleaners with (new) stains that would not come out. The cleaners replaced the shirt. All other instances were resolved with no issues. I enjoy doing business here.
Review: I dropped my pants off at the dry cleaners and when they returned my pants, they were someone elses pants. I gave them time to find my pants and they continued to insist that the pants were my pants. The pin stripping in the pants versus the jacket are not the same. The owner insisted they are --- the jacket has striping that is grey and thick, while the pants has striping that is cream and thin.Desired Settlement: I want the owner to submit my claim for $50 so I can find a replacement pair of pants.
