MOBLTAX prepared our business taxes for 2017. The taxes were remotely prepared. After reviewing the taxes the taxes were not at all correct with the numbers that was provided through *** at all. We advised Sam son Desta which was the prepare person and told him that the numbers needed to correspond with the ***. He indicated time after time that he did not want to add expenses as the IRS will come back to look at him but did not add any of our business expenses as he should had.
We informed him that we wanted him to redue the taxes to show the corrected numbers or give us back a refund. He will not fix the taxes to correspond with the account the social is also incorrect which is a huge issue and he will not issue a refund. He refuses to reply and call us back and we have been going back and fourth now for a year. It is unacceptable. We now have to pay another individual to amend the taxes which is additional monies spent and time. This is not at all professional and not good for business at all.
As he is refusing to do them correctly and or give a refund I am requesting that Revdex.com STEP IN TO HELP the matter further. We just want a refund.

Client came to the office to get her taxes done. Upon completion of the taxes, client stated that she was not ready to file as she was unsure of what she wanted to do. A week later client called wanting to finalize her taxes. At this time, client was sent an electronic version to sign and was explicitly told to take her time in her decision making process.Client called back to inform us that the documents were signed and that she was ready for her taxes to be filed.As such we have filed her taxes. Mobile tax responded however he doesnt state that we have been going back and forth about his for some time now asking for a refund as the taxes were done incorrectly. I never went into the office to get taxes done nor spoke with him he did them electronically and was suppossed to be going by what info was in *** and he did not do so. I can send in the copy of the taxes he did and the taxes that were redone which was a huge difference. It was clear that he did not pay attention to *** as this was where all of the info was stored that he should had went by.Thanks
