They are the biggest scam! They don't even have a registered name in California. They steal credit card info and bill you for services not even provided. Report all complaints the State. They don't even have an accurate address. Why? Fear of getting caught!

You do not get a "free" website. They build it all just for them to charge you a $99+ free to maintain the site. If you do not pay they threaten to take it down.
I would not recommend them at all. This is a bait and switch

This company is nothing but trouble. They have unethical billing practices and use extortion to get there way. I was working with a company named *** for years. They did a good job for me and gave me Front Page *** placement for my local business. When I called them to find out why I hadn't been receiving my email reports I found out that their website was down, emails returned and phone number disconnected. Then I noticed that the billing to my credit card continued anyway for $99.99 That's when I also noticed that another company named 123Websites started billing me $99.99. I also started receiving threatening calls from 123 stating that they were going to send my account to collections because my card didn't go through anymore. I called and got thru to a man named Salvador. He was not very friendly. He said they bought out the *** and my account was in arrears and needed a new credit card number. I asked what they did as a company. He said directory listing for my website/business. I said that is not what I bought from ***. I bought *** Front Page Placement. He didn't care and said I owed him for the directory listings. I was not notified of this change in service at all. Never received an email from them about this. So I told him no. I wanted the account terminated. He then said he couldn't do that until I had paid the back balance. So now I continue to get threatening calls and a running up of the account without them listening to me for a service I didn't order and don't want. Stay away from this unethical company. They only want your money even if they have to steal it.

I had been a customer of 1Network for years before they were bought by 123websites. 1 Network did an excellent job for me, they would send me Monthly reports and every time I needed something done they got it done right away and provided a detailed email confirmation.

Well... When I started to expand my company into other services I tried contacting our representative from 1 Network and to my surprise I could not get through to anyone and it became apparent that they had dropped off the face of the planet. Some time went by then I then began my search for a new SEO and thats when I was contacted by 123Websites because my payment did not go through.

I proceeded to talk with a manager about what had happened and they had explained to me that 123Websites had bought out 1Network. I decided to give 123Websites a chance and they decided to give me 2 months credit to make up for the issues I had faced. I had told them that I needed to update my listings with new key words to meet the areas in which I was expanding and they told me they would get on it right away.

Well, Here we are again, Week after week I checked online for my company's visibilty in the new areas and Nothing at all had been done. When I called them to find out why they were dumbfounded and told me that I only had a listings subscription with them.

I proceeded to explain how they are supposed to do their job which they could not disagree with and then tried to tell me what 1Network did not do for me. They also told me I did not have a Google Business Listing with them and I told them that Yes I Did with 1Network and then again Dumbfounded, said Oh Yeah, There it is. Then they said that they would get on it right away, and went into the defense of how they gave me 2 months free... So I ask, What did you really give me? I submitted to you the changes updates I needed 2 months ago and you are now deciding that you will start on them when its time to start billing me again?

So as you may expect, they obviously touched on the billing side of things a few times through this call and I decided that I wanted to go separate ways.

I am not happy with this company, and I am not happy with 1Network for selling out without notification. This company In my opinion is only interested in opening billing accounts and if anything at all, doing the Minimum they could possibly do and get away with.

123Websites sent us an invoice for a service we do not receive from them. They say we owe them 159.99 for "Website and Hosting" but GoDaddy hosts our website. 123Websites have harassed me several times on the phone demanding credit card information and threatened to impact our internet presence.

Upon investigation of the "business" I firmly believe it to a bogus business scam, trying to gather our credit card information. The website that this "website creating company" has is riddled with errors and oddities.
