We were involved with two businesses that are very good at deception. They contacted us and told us that they had a buyer for our timeshare and offered us *** after looking at the details of our timeshare but needed *** for transaction fees. All of the paperwork looked good and their websites looked professional as well. They were also very professional on the phone. I am surprised that no one has submitted a complaint so hopefully this one will help people stay away from 123 property services llc and property title and escrow llc. We soon realized it was a scam and asked for our money back, they sent us refund paperwork and now we have been given the run around for the past two months.

Refund I would like the *** that we sent for transaction fees refunded back to me.
In January of 2019 we were made aware of a fictitious website that was using our company name and physical address. We filed a police report on 1/10/19. Because it is an internet scam very little can be done to have the website removed. Mike *** or Audrey *** are not associated with our company that is registered with the Secretary of State in North Carolina. Our business does not have anything to do with buying, selling, or brokering sales of timeshare properties. We have not conducted business with the consumer that filed this complaint.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This is a very professional scam and I am not happy with the response above because a police report will not accomplish anything. Mike is scamming innocent people out of their money and I believe that the person that submitted the response above should take some accountability and should have reported Mike and his company to Revdex.com and the local attorney generals office.
