Review: I placed an order with the site. It went through and payment was processed, but they refuse to ship and no refund! Never contacted me to advise.
I placed 3 orders with the site. The orders processed through the system and I was charged for all 3 orders. They were marked shipped, yet they never were. I called the company to inquire and was informed 2 weeks after the fact that my order was canceled and they refuse to ship. Had I not called I would have never known, nor did they refund. I asked for a supervisor and was hung up on. I called back and was given excuse after excuse. I still do not have the products and I do not have a refund. Please help!Desired Settlement: Ideally, I would like the orders I placed. If they refuse, I want my money ASAP! This is ridiculous!

Review: I placed an order on 12/12/2013 with 123print. The order was for 1800 business cards in a variety of styles and colors. I paid via their online website and the order was processed. I have an email confirmation of the 1800 business cards ordered as well as an email stating the cards would be delivered between 12/16-12/24. It has now been 3 weeks and I have not received my product. Ironically enough I received an email asking for me to "rate" the experience with 123print. When I replied to the email that I had not received my business cards and would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com they replied to me within hours. Even though they clearly had my order on file they stated that they were going to process my order for significantly less than what I ordered. I had several colleagues order from 123print and their orders came complete, however I have now been informed mine will not. They will only be sending 100 business cards even though my receipt and payment was for 1800 business cards.All consumers should be aware of the unprofessional and reckless manner this company handles their orders. They took out my money very quickly from my account but 3 weeks later I have no product and have been told I would not be receiving what I ordered. To which I wonder, would they have ever processed my order if I hadn't emailed them? Or would they have just taken my money and ran... Will not order from them again!
