Jeremy and Blake of 123 took care of everything. 123 handled all issues with my insurance company and all the contractural items involved in my claim. Work was done on time and in a profession manner. No complaints.

I highly recommend 123 Exteriors! I called to request a quote and they came out the next day. I worked with Jeremy and Blake, and they really took the time to make sure I understood the insurance process and the services they would provide. They literally took care of everything for me. The only part of the process that was painful was getting quotes from other contractors. I never sign a contract without getting at least 3 quotes, so I scheduled multiple quotes. Several contractors couldn't send someone out for 3-6 weeks! Several others couldn't meet at a time that was convenient for me so I had to get several quotes over the phone after the contractor did a drive-by. The one contractor that was actually willing to meet with me after work never followed up. You won't get this kind of service with 123 Exteriors. They'll be there for you and your satisfaction is their number one priority. I changed my mind on a number of options after signing the contract and they were very flexible. Above all, their communications is unbeatable. They always responded to my communications the same day, most of the time within an hour, and they're not the type of contractors to disappear after you sign the contract. I had my windows replaced several years ago and the contractor promised to check in during the installation and afterwards to ensure I was completely satisfied. A crew came to replace my windows, but I never saw the contractor again. My siding was completed over a week ago and Jeremy was there every step of the way. And to give you an idea how genuine these guys are, my 4 year-old son, who is typically very reserved, absolutely adores Jeremy. Whenever my son sees Jeremy's truck in the neighborhood, he always wants to go say "hi", and no matter how busy he is, he always makes time to chat. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is, they offer exceptional customer service, use the highest quality materials, and their workmanship is top-notch.

#1 Straight up honest! Everything that was promised was completed not only in a timely fashion but also all the work was 110%! I thought this was too good to be true but it's not and they were a pleasure to do business with and only cost us our deductible.
#2 Jeremy and Blake were the absolute best to work with. Not only did they get all of this done for us but through this we have formed friendships. Disclaimer: I cannot stand contractors. I have never been happy with any job I've ever contracted. My husband and I do all of our repairs/projects ourselves. These guys have changed my perspective on this field. There are good contractors out there and these are 2 of them.
#3 The company was flexible with us. When we asked about timing this so that we could replace our own windows, they worked with us. When we asked to keep the aluminum, they said "sure", when we asked for help with new gutters, they helped. When we asked about new soffiting, faux brick and ledges along with new aluminum over the front entry, they made it all happen for us.
#4 Sometimes in this male dominated field women aren't heard or respected. You know what I'm talking about, most contractors would like the husband to sign the contract, make the decisions and check on the quality of work. Not with this company. I was not only respected but encouraged to run with this project. I really felt supported. & their VP is female!
#5 Their labor force was amazing. They were brought in from Wisconsin. They showed up every morning at 7pm and worked late. Attention to detail was the priority! They were just as excited as I was to see this transformation happen. Things I hadn't even thought of they consulted me on and asked exactly where I wanted things. Any other company would have just secured things and I wouldn't have realized I had a choice. A couple of the guys brought their wives and we all just really hit it off, it was actually sad to see them go. Everyone got a round of sweaty hugs on their last day.
#6 Jeremy held my hand through the insurance claim. I have only ever had one other claim and it was for lost jewelry so this was really unchartered territory for me. He made it a seamless process. He was here when the adjuster came and before she could even request items he had them prepared and was handing them to her before she finished the sentence. I was blown away!
#7 The materials are all made locally. The materials come out of Columbus from Richards Building Supply and the Vinyl siding is from Royal also made in Columbus. Jeremy told me they used a higher grade of Vinyl but I figured he just was saying that. Well they did! It was high quality and even grandpa came over and approved it while saying he wished he had this siding.
#8 Just look at our house it is AMAZING!!! What an improvement to our neighborhood and our property value. It's so great I am slightly concerned the county might think so too and raise my taxes, not joking. & they aren't just working on my house they are improving my entire development. It does seem too good to be true but it's not and we are so THANKFUL!
