I contracted with this company to replace my driveway. Work was supposed to begin on 5/10/18, but did not begin until 5/25. I paid half upfront, and the balance when work was complete. On 6/4/18, I reached out via text, with a picture, to inform them that I was getting a large puddle on the driveway after a rainfall.They immediately responded, telling me they would look into it. On 6/24/18, I emailed them on 6/24 asking for an update on what they were going to do about the puddle, and I have not received any reply.
