101 Mobility

On Saturday afternoon I called Mobility to rent a lift chairThe office was closed for the weekendI was too late! But, I left a voice message anyway explaining my needsNot long after, I received a callback from the ownerHe agreed to deliver a new chair the following morning -- a SundayI got luckyMy husband was being released from the hospital and he was barely able to walkRenting a lift chair was a last minute thoughtI had not planned aheadMobility is obviously in business to do businessI must have called other mobility stores, all were closed, and only Mobility allowed me to leave a voice message, the others requested I call back on MondayI am so pleased with their service and professionalismThis business focuses on making life easier for people with special medical needsThat is exactly what they delivered --even on an early Sunday morningWe are deeply grateful

I am rejecting this response...

because: 1. I am not paying for a product that I cannot use.,  2. I should not have to have any modifications done to my home because there is noguarantee that I will be able to use the product., 3. I have not received any correspondence from a collection agency or 101 Mobility about this situation being in collections, and 4.
Mr. R[redacted] did contact me twice, via mail, about me having three options but I would have to pay the balance prior to them completing the work. He also could not guarantee that any
of the options would work. This is what prompted me to contact the Revdex.com because I had no other recourse.
