10 Minute Oil Change

Went in for just an inspection in January 2019, but they drained the oil, cleared our battery trouble code (corroded connection), and didn't tell us they'd drained the oil. Once the trouble code was cleared, it would require two days of driving (without oil in the engine) to get the oil/engine light to show there was no oil in the vehicle and by that time the damage was done and the engine was no longer viable. I contacted the manager about it (Dave *** and requested that the owner call me (Ahmad *** on a couple of occasions following this, but he never called me back. I told Dave that I felt like they at least owed us the blue book on the vehicle (about $1500 at the time), but again they never responded to my complaint except to say that they didn't do this. However, my husband changed the oil regularly on that vehicle and always replaced the washer when he did, but upon inspection the washer had been removed and obviously there was no longer any oil in the vehicle.
