The delivered a very damaged table and refused to replace it. DO NOT believe their fake good reviews. dealing with these crooks is not worth trying to save a couple dollars. If I wanted broke. furniture, I could have gone to Goodwill and saved hundreds of dollars. Avoid these thieves

Site showed cheaper and much faster then going directly thru Ashley. Stated around 2 weeks before est delivery time based on my zip code. Was not until after I spent the money I was informed non of the power furniture I bought could use any power features without spending $800 more. I paid it and moved on. With that more expensive then Ashley. 2 weeks comes and goes. Own site show latest delivery is a little over a month after bought it. Excepted that and moved on. Fast forward to Actual scheduled delivery date and its Nov 5th which is 2 months after purchased it. Best part is can’t learn any of this until AFTER paid. I even did the cart so could see real est delivery time. The Whole thing is very shady and site straight up lies. You can’t cancel because fees for that are crazy high. In my case well over $1k. Never felt more scammed in my life. What should have been a fun and exciting experience of getting nice furniture has been nothing but stressful and horrible. I don’t want to even think of what’s coming next or if shows up damaged……..wait I guess that is if it actually ever shows up. Don’t trust site is more expensive then cart says and takes 4x times longer to get..and agin that’s if you get it

I usually don't post negative reviews, but it's necessary for people to make inforemed decisions when it comes to buy furniture because they are not cheap. I have used other online furniture retailers and they don't take your money until the product has been shipped. Well this company operates in a very shady way. They take your money right on front at the time you placed the order, they are listing things " in stock" on their website, but they actually don't have the available. So I placed an order for 2 beds 2 night stands, 1 king size matress, and 1 chest on 01/01/2022, and paid almost 5k upfront. One of the beds was shipped in February, 2 weeks later that it was promissed, still not too bad right? Then, the matress was shipped first week of Apri, 2022 after multiple calls to customer service. Well today is 04/20/2022 and the rest of my order has not been shipped. I had talked to their customer services and they claimed that is the manufacturer's issue, my question is, why did you take my money if they did not even know when thesebproducts will be available? I have tried to cancalled my order and they made a fuss out of it. I spoke with them yesterday and they claimed that the rest of my order has been shipped and will arrived to the warehouse around the 3rd week of May, meaning I still have to schedule the freight company to get my produts delivered to my home which takes about 2 extra weeks. Really? They told me mybproducts are in the NC warehouse and I live no more than 5 hours from there, and thatvwill take a whole month? When I looked at my account, and tract my order, that information does not even showed there which makes me think that they are lying to me. I have posted
negative review on their website, and has not been posted. They are onlybposting positive reviews, thatbis why when youblook at their website it shows 5 stars. Please do yourself a favor and do not trust this company. They are extremely dishonest.
