1 One Armor

I took my car to the business in question for window tint and clear bra. The lead installer, removed the front license plate holder to be able to perform the work, but forgot to re-attach the plate holder. I did not realize it was missing until I got home. I emailed the general manager the next day but did not get a response. I returned to the business two weeks later to get part of the clear bra fixed. I asked the lead installer about the plate holder and he thought it was in the office,but was not able to locate it. A few days later I emailed the general manager about the plate holder but did not receive a response. A week after that I emailed the owner to let him know my situation. He asked me for my address so he could mail one to me, which I provided, including the make and model of my vehicle. I never got anything shipped to me, so I emailed the owner again 9 days later to get an update. I did not receive a response, so I emailed the owner again 4 days later. He said he had grabbed one and would get it shipped out when he returned to the office. 5 weeks have passed since then without a package, or contact from the business. I have not posted anything negative on social media about the business, or negative reviews anywhere. I just want the part for my car.
