I purchased a new nissan maxima with a promise from the sales manager that an extra set of wheels/tires/tpms would be available to purchase at dealer cost if I wanted to buy at a later time. A week after the purchase of the vehicle I contacted the sales manager Lou B and asked for a quote for the purchase of said wheels. I was quoted retail price for the package. I was not asking for anything "free". I just wanted a tire wheels package at dealer cost after the purchase of a $40k+ car. I signed the papers purchasing the car and then the agreement for the package was forgotten.

As per our conversion regarding the wheels, the price you where quoted from me after the confusion and miss communication on our side is still available 275.00 (dealer cost) per wheels plus tax ( using the existing tire pressure monitors). I also offered to provide all the labor free of charge. Your response to me and I quote "that is not a deal I will purchase the wheels from *** Nissan"If you would like to order the wheels we will require full (non refundable) payment up front.Please let us know if you choose to move forward
