I purchased two domains from 1andalongside hosting in the beginning of August-- after only a few days, both domains get hackedAs a result, my account gets locked for safety reasons which is completely understandableThe downside, it stayed locked and the issue was not resolved, thus preventing my duty in making a webpage to support my businessI then requested a refund as clearly, the days to do so had not passedImmediately, a representative from that department called me and initiated a refund stating it would take no more than business days-- this was on the 14th of AugustIt is the 6th of September and I have yet to receive my refundNumerous attempts to contact them via e-mail and especially phone calls have proved unsuccessfulCustomer service will dissconnect my calls when mentioning the issue-- also, any department will claim to put you on hold to which I will be disconnected from
