I hired and paid to have this company exterminate a bee hive in a house in Tampa. He performed the service on March 29, 2019. He gave me a verbal guarantee that he would return if the bees returned. I went to the house last Saturday and found the bees had returned. I called him this morning and he stated, "These are different bees!" I asked him to return and he said he was out of town until next week. I can not wait because I have the house scheduled for tenting and fumigation this coming Thursday, May 23, 2019.

Refund I am both disappointed and upset with this company's service.

We were hired by the customer to eliminate the bees, which we did. The customer did not want the hive removed since it was too expensive. I worked with the customer regarding the payment. Since they did not have the money to pay at the time of the service they promised to pay in two weeks which they did not. The customer finally paid four weeks later and then complained about bees being back. The customer was having their house tented for termites and if there were any bees present the company would not have tented the house.
DO NOT USE!! they took my money and then stopped showing up. No one returns my calls, and I have left numerous messages on the office phone and the owner's cell.
