Review: In March 2015, I ordered 2 orchids online from 1-888-orchids.com. I received both orchids and they were in excellent condition. When I received my credit card statement, I noticed 3 charges all for about the same amount. Only 1 charge was valid, the other 2 were not and should have been credited back to my card. I emailed the company, called the company and submitted a message on their website and still nothing has been resolved. I have now called and left more than 10 messages, sent more than 20 emails and no response from the company. I did receive an email from [redacted] who works for the company and she noticed that the other 2 charges were incorrect and should have been credited back to me. She said that she would resolve this issue immediately. This was over a month ago and now when I email her, I get no response. My order # is [redacted] and was placed on March 25, 2015 at 9:11AM. The 1 valid charge (in total) to my credit card should have been $209.85, but there were 2 additional charges that hit my card, both in the amounts close to $209.84. In total I was charged over $600 for what should have been only $209.85.Desired Settlement: I want the company to reverse the other 2 charges that were done in error. I have all of the email communications with [redacted] that show that this was supposed to be done back in April and it is now June. All of my attempts to contact this company have proven unsuccessful in the last 2 months. Nobody returns any of my messages and nobody answers their phone. I will never do business with this company again and think they are a huge SCAM.
