1-800 We Answer

Review: This company boasts extremely rude operators such as "[redacted]" and supervisors like "[redacted]" who, after you complain that their answering service: (1) doesn't answer your calls; (2) makes callers listen to answering machine messages for long times; (3) has all sorts of weird disconnect messages on the messages; (4) loses business calls for you routinely and regularly; (5) costs you thousands of dollars in lost revenue per day; (6) does not offer the 24/7 live answering service that they advertise for and you pay lots of money for; and (7) forces prospective clients to hang up in disgust, the operators such as the above basically tell you to go to hell, won't listen to your concerns, hang up the phone on you, provoke you with ad hominem insults, ridicule you, and otherwise demonstrate that they don't give a [redacted] about you as a customer, or your prospective and current clients.Desired Settlement: Refund for past few months and fixing/rectifying these problems - if they can not rectify/fix these problems then they should pay for my change of services and for damages due to their repeated breach of contract, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of loyalty.
