As stated before, my account was secured in the way zynga/fb instructed me to do so My account has my cell phone # on it, trusted contacts, all notifications in place, along with the pin that zynga has provided for me The hackers hacked my account and I want my chips back On my ipad, I can see who I believe hacked me *** was at an empty table 5m/10m table and Tina who had 45B chips now shows chips because she opened another account on 6/27/the date she hacked me and using the same picture I have worked years to get these chips and in a matter of minutes, they were gone Review the tapes to prove it I last played Sunday night a 500k/1m table I didn't play a 5m/10m table or anything more than a 1m table Zynga doesn't protect their players and why should I be punished because they didn't have it protected. It's the same generic response once againI follow the links given, according to Zynga instructions, and again, no helpThey also refuse to give any type of refund even though the errors that consistently occur, which cause a player to lose their chips, are on their partAs stated in an earlier response, I've tried to get these issues resolved, but Zynga refuses any type of compromiseI realize this is just a game, but chips have been purchased with real dollarsAnd again, due to the numerous glitches, a player is unable to recover
Furthermore, it would seem that these errors are intentional since they happen dailyI'm extremely disappointed in their response which leads me to believe they have no compassion *** their customer baseI will NEVER recommend, nor would I encourage, anyone I know, to play at this site

first thing I have been with them since and I have send you them what is going on I send you there e-mail to me and my answer to them and I go my middle name and I even send them my account number that I have to them and for facebook and for them saying that I haven't register with facebook connect that is I have done that the first day that it was there and I have never receive anything from them telling me that they accept that but they haven't I am having more trouble now that I have did this I haven't been able to get play at alland I can get to the site but can't get the e-mail or live chat .I ***'t know why they are lying about this but if I need to I can send you that information again
