Zenner and Ritter came to my house today to complete the annual maintenance for my full-house generator (Also, purchased and installed by Zenner Ritter) The gentleman was extremely polite, polished and professional He was extremely proficient in answering any questions that I had I was so impressed that on two separate occassions I told him, "You should be a teacher!" He responded with gratitude and added, "I know my job!!" Indeed he does I have confidence in their level of expertise

Over the years I have dealt with Zenner & Ritter for major purchases of a furnace, a humidifier, a generator, for maintenance issues, and most recently, for repair of an air conditioner They are dependable and efficient, and that is why I give them my business Since I haven't done a lot of comparison shopping vis-a vis their prices I can't speak with authority, but my impression is they are a bit pricey On the other hand, their work is usually on target the first time, and they are very responsive and quick to remedy any issue that does come up The people who have come to provide service are friendly and informative, and they always show up for scheduled appointments

I was very pleased with the overall installation process and the friendly knowledgeable team that installed our generatorJob well done

We had our furnace and AC serviced by Kyle Kfrom your company He arrived on time, was efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and patiently explained the service he was preforming We were extremely pleased with his work and intend to ask for Kyle the next time we have to have someone out

The gentlemen arrived at the stated time and introduced themselves. They were prepared with all materials to proceed with the work. Preliminary information was completed over the phone with the Zenner & Ritter contact person. The installation of the Water Tank was completed in a timely manner with good cleanup. Any questions I asked were answered so that I understood if there was something new about this new water Tank. The work was completed satisfactorily.

Tech was professional, and service was excellent. Appointment had been made but had to be delayed- not a problem since he called and asked if it would be okay to come later (it was on my day off anyhow)

I am happy for the service call you provided for my heating system. The service was quick, you technicien was there on time and was very professional.
That's what we call great customer service and I will always recommend Zenner & Ritter to friend and family.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Revdex.com spoke to [redacted] and the following was relayed: Brian and a tech came out. They determined that it is not leaking CO2. There were no visible cracks and Brian deemed that it should not have been turned off. Brian did turn the furnace back on. I am satisfied with the result.
